Joining the Roswell North Elementary PTA is your direct ticket to making a positive impact on the academic and cultural experiences of our students, families, and faculty. Please refer to this chart to choose what membership level works for your family. These amounts are based on the minimum need of $100 per student for the Schoolwide Enrichment Model (SEM). SEM funds cover important RNE activities, including field trips, teacher appreciation, library support and much more. Learn more here!

*All School Enrichment Donations go directly back to the classroom, helping to run programs that give our students hands-on experience in and out of the classroom.

How to Join

It all starts with our PTA Portal, hosted via MembershipToolkit. You must create an account to access the school store and purchase your PTA membership. Once you are a PTA member, you will be able to:

  • View calendar events

  • Purchase Spirit Wear

  • Access the school directory

  • And more!

Signing up is easy! Follow the steps below to create your Membership Toolkit account:

  1. Click this link.

  2. Click the "Register/Login" button.

  3. Select "Create Account" and enter your name, email, and password.

  4. Click "Verify my email" and check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. Check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive the email.

  5. Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.

  6. Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information sections.

  7. Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences. You can choose what information to share and can opt out of having your information published in the directory. The opt-out option allows you to select which details to publish or not (e.g., address, phone number, email), or you can choose to opt out completely, and your child's name will not be published in the class list.

  8. Once the forms are complete, you can access PTA Memberships, view all RNE Calendar dates, and access the directory—all in one convenient place!

After the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access their account. This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information while still accessing the family account.
